Orders & Shipping

Most of our items are handmade, thus all orders are prepared and nicely packed within 5-7 business days after the order has been placed. Shipping time can vary from 2 to 5 business days depending on the destination. Orders are shipped from Europe — Lithuania. 

Note: Order processing and delivery times may be affected in times of high volume (for example Christmas, Black Friday, etc.)

We use UPS to safely deliver your order. A unique tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order is shipped.

We offer free shipping* for orders over $150 value. A shipping fee of $18 will be added at checkout for orders below $80, and a fee of $12 will be added to orders from $80 to $150.  

*There might be an exception for shipping to remote areas.

Where do we ship

Currently we ship to the following countries: USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, all countries of the European Union, Mexico, Norway, Switzerland, Gibraltar. We are hoping to expand to other regions and countries in the future.

International taxes for customers outside the EU

Shipments to non-European Union countries may be liable for customs taxes and additional fees. In all cases, these costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be settled at the given customs office.

Unfortunately, we do not have any control over these fees and cannot advise as to what the costs will be in advance. If the buyer refuses to pay the import charges, the shipment will be returned back to us. When we receive the package, we will make a refund for the order but we will deduct the losses incurred due to the return.
