Returns & Exchanges
We understand that sometimes things just don't work out as planned, so we gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the date you received the items as long as they are in original condition — unwashed and show no evident signs of being used.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders, final sale products and gift vouchers.
Once we receive the item back, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days or we will get in touch with you about the exchange.
Return and exchange shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide adequate packaging to make sure that the items arrive to April Notes in perfect condition. If the returned items are received in poor conditions, we won’t be able to carry out the return as requested.
